Amidst the chaos and clutter of brown corrugated and packing paper flying around, we took a few extra minutes at lunch to beat the unpacking blues. A little edible art always makes an afternoon of smiles, although my 11 year old boy seems to be too grown up for this project.
To paint your toast you'll need:
milk and food coloring
paint brushes
bread (wheat worked great)
toaster
butter
Directions couldn't be simpler: Mix color and milk, paint, toast, butter and enjoy!
And look what M happens to be wearing, truly my lucky day! I've been wanting to snap the girls in the first iron-on shirts we did. WE really did do this shirt. I had the deer ready to go and she was determined to have the baby on there and contemplated for quite a time on the placement, moving them here and there and back again. This is a vinyl iron-on and has endured a good many washings with no sign of wear.
how great is this!? i wish Aurora was old enough to do this with!!!
